The Milky Way is the experienced player's place to be challenged. So if you think you have what it takes to handle an account there go for it. But if you are a new player I would suggest maybe triangulum or sagittarius dwarf. They are relatively new. This should provide a good practice round until you can play in the big leagues.

That makes it the biggest and baddest galaxy around.
